Alquest to help with clinical trial for CosmetaLife, planned to
start within 4 months.
National Institutes of Health funding (NIH) from the National
Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) for VasoGraft
studies at the VA Medical Center, awarded for $1.9 Million,
Principal Investigator, Dr. David B. Masters, Ph.D.
Feb. 2006 -
Stockholders Meeting announced Product Licensing, National Institute
of Health funding for 2006 and exciting future business contract
opportunities.
Gel-Del and Alquest CRO completed the IDE (Investigational Device
Exemption) and submitted to FDA for CosmetaLife™, a Cosmetic
Tissue Filler.
Jan. 2006 -
The GLP studies were completed by AppTec Laboratory Services in
conjuction with Cosmeta Corp for the IDE submission.
3rd Laboratory opens at Gel-Del Corporate offices as Cosmeta Corp is
set to ramp up with CostmetaLife™.

Oct. 2005 -
New subsidiary formed . . . Cosmeta™ Corp, wholly owned by Gel-Del
Technologies. Cosmeta Corp is a cosmetic biomaterial company that
produces CosmetaLife, a cosmetic tissue filler. Cosmeta is negotiating
with a Calif. company regarding its new tissue filler treatment called CosmetaLife™.
Summer 2005 -
New Facility for Gel-Del Technologies, Inc. at the University
Enterprises Laboratories, (UEL) 1000 Westgate Drive, St. Paul, MN
55114. Gel-Del continues to show signs of development and growth
which necessitates combining their corporate offices and laboratories
into one facility at UEL.
